The Journey Begins

I believe God is calling me to the field. It’s been a truly incredible journey, but when I take the time to stop and remember what God has already done, I can’t deny the call and desire to follow that call He has placed within me. As I stand amazed at the ways God has already worked in my life, I can’t help but be excited for what He has planned next, in the coming days as well as the coming years. I can’t tell you I know for sure what this next year of preparing and raising support holds, but I can say that I know God has called me and asked me to begin this journey, to take the next step of faith.

You see, I never thought I would be a “m!ss!onary”. But aren’t we all? As is expressed in my vision page, I believe God has called me to take my ministry to another region in the world. Today I begin the process of raising support, preparing to go. I am excited and thrilled for how I know God is going to provide. Let this crazy, incredible adventure we call life continue, and let the next chapter begin!

  1. Hi Faith,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you; thank you for renewing my faith in the young adults of your generation, for being a Christian open and wiling to hear and listen to God’s call, and most of all, for keeping me in the loop(!).

You, young one, are an extraordinary human being. I have only had the pleasure of knowing you, comparatively speaking, a short time, but in that time, you have made an incredible, indelible impression upon me. I remember the year we lost Steve Ross – you used creativity THEN to bring people to Christ through your video, “What Will You Do With the Time You Have Left?”. I have never forgotten not only the message contained within that work, but also, the amazing, inspirational talent of the person who spliced each piece of that message together.

I believe in my heart of hearts that God has great plans for each of us. He’s already MADE the plans – it is up to us to hear and follow those plans He has set forth. Another reason to be proud of you, Faith. You hear. You listen. You seek. You follow. Thank you for going out into the world in the name of our Lord. Thank you for doing the things those of us who are less courageous than you are unable to do.

I will fervently keep track of your progress on this site. I wish you God’s RICHEST and MOST ABUNDANT blessings, this day, this life.

With much love, admiration and prayer,

    Mrs. Spina
